From Dropbox to SharePoint: A Phased Migration with Zero Disruption
An educational institution needed to consolidate file storage, improve document governance, and reduce per-seat licensing costs. Staff were using Dropbox across multiple departments with inconsistent version control and no centralised security policy. The institution required a migration that kept staff productive throughout the transition.
Wavex designed and delivered a phased migration from Dropbox to SharePoint, minimising disruption to staff workflows at every stage.
